Important Information

PE

5 Chestnut have PE on Monday afternoon. On PE days we come to school in our P.E. kits and we stay in them for the day. Please make sure all items are clearly labelled with the children's names on. Due to poor weather conditions, we may have to do PE in the hall. Pupils will have to remove socks and shoes, therefore, can bring a clean pair of sensible footwear to change into.

This half term our focus is Kwik Cricket.

It is important to keep hydrated throughout the school day so we have a bottle of fresh water in the classroom with our names on.  We have water fountains in school to refill these when needed.

We follow a weekly timetable until the last week of each half term where we block complete certain subjects such as MFL,  Art and DT and Computing.  We also complete picture news and online safety toolboxes weekly.

Homework is available weekly for children to take home and complete and bring back into school on a Wednesday.

New spelling rules are also focused on each week.
